Frank BELGRAVE is an attorney-at-law who has been practising at the Barbados Bar for over 30 years. He received his secondary education at Harrison College and his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. He has many years of experience in Conveyancing, Family Law, Corporate Litigation, Property Law and Personal Injuries matters. His areas of practice have given him the opportunity to work both in the private sector and with government agencies.
Kara-Je KELLMAN was admitted to practice law at the Barbados Bar in October, 2015. She is a graduate of the Hugh Wooding Law School and an alumna of the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill campus where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree.
After her final year in the Bachelor of Laws programme, she undertook research in Corporate Insolvency Law as Research Assistant in the Faculty of Law at the University of the West Indies. In her second year at the Hugh Wooding Law School, she was a member of the Human Rights Specialist Clinic during which time she completed a project on Domestic Violence and Marital Rape. She has been invited to make presentations to community organisations in this regard.
She became an Associate at Belgrave Eastmond Associates in December 2015. Thus far, she has been exposed to civil and criminal litigation, family law matters, personal injuries claims, estate matters and many other areas of law.
Karis BYNOE is an attorney-at-law with over nine years of practice at the Barbados Bar. After venturing into the field of Aeronautical Engineering, she has decided to focus her energy and natural drive on the law and her legal career.
She believes the ultimate goal of practicing law is to be able to solve whatever legal problem her clients may throw at her. For the last six years, she has been privileged to work in law firms whose main purview has been Debt Collection – she certainly knows her way around originating processes and court procedure. However, she is well rounded in a wide range of civil legal practice including Appeal Advocacy, Employment and Succession matters.

Lynette EASTMOND was admitted to the Barbados Bar over 25 years ago. She has applied her legal skills in the areas of taxation, corporate law, financial services regulations, trade, utility regulation, intellectual property and entertainment and media law.
She was a Senior International Tax Manager with the firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers where she advised on tax and corporate matters. She then became Director of International Business where she negotiated both trade and tax agreements and formulated policy for the financial services sector as well as the other services. She served as Senator and Minister of Commerce, Consumer Affairs and Business Development in the Barbados Government.
